30!

Well, you know how everyone always asks "Do you feel older?" and "How does it feel to be 30?" and other silly questions like that...well, I had a super cool birthday on 10-10-10 and I think I do feel a little different. I am excited about being in my 30's and the celebration has been absolutely ridiculous. My friends and family have been beyond generous...the gifts have been out of control. But I am thankful and I feel so, so lucky and very loved too. The thirties are off to a rockin' start :)

My amazingly generous friend Liz covered the entire tab for my party at Dragon moon. Thank you Liz!!! It was a lovely time of celebrating with my inner circle....until (laugh) Liz and Josephine started talking about some funny video on youtube about someone almost getting raped! It doesn't sound funny, does it?! My friend Kelly and I were so embarrassed we were laughing with tears in our eyes, and found ourselves wanting to explain to the servers at the restaurant that we really were decent people, etc. I guess this video exploded during my sabbatical from Facebook, so I missed it.
