Zach and I Model for Izehi Photography

Most of the time, listening to your mother works out alright...but when it comes to your wedding, you should really just do your thing. My mom, meaning well, advised that Zach (who I've always known to have a shaved head) grow out his hair for our wedding.

Surprisingly, we listened and followed her advice. And then, a couple months after the wedding, she looked at me and said, "You know, I think you're right...I think Zach looks better with his head shaved." Ha! That being said, I've never been a fan of our wedding pictures, mostly because Zach just doesn't look like himself in them... not to mention I look like I'm about 12 :)

And last month, during our tenth year of marriage, the beautiful and talented Izehi http://www.izehiphotography.com contacted us and asked if we would come model our wedding attire at a new venue for her.

We really enjoyed ourselves....seriously, we had more fun than on our actual wedding day. We were rewarded with a disc of all of the images and now I can further de-clutter my house by getting rid of my wedding dress. Getting rid of things makes me sooo happy.
